I'm thinking a small-ish 3-storey with really nice mouldings, Victorian preferably... Definitely need a big backyard for a porch and running-around space, and a front yard with room to garden... Central air would be great, but not a deal-breaker... Can't live without a working fireplace though... A pantry too. Lots of closet space in the hallways and bedrooms... Built-in bookshelves...
Any takers? Yes? Please? Anyone?
Oh, and it has to be close to downtown and near a subway stop and parks and schools and shops and a good brunch place.
